1st Ever Facebook Fan Page Night!
Thank you to all that joined me for the first ever Once A Month Mom Facebook Fan Page Night! For those of you that missed it we had some FANTASTIC conversation about the August 2010 menu, getting started with once a month cooking (oamc) and much more. Of course, Facebook accused me of being “annoying” and threatened me if I didn’t stop so we didn’t get to finish our conversation. I will go back tomorrow morning and fill in all of the unanswered questions. I was so sad too because it was such fun! We will definitely be doing it again!
For those of you that joined us (and for those that wished they had joined us) would you consider joining me on another platform like stickam (see www.stickam.com/onceamonthmom) in the future? This platform would allow me to answer questions through live stream video and you could chat questions to me. I personally like the Facebook platform a little better, but this would be an alternative since Facebook is so picky. What do you think?
We will definitely be doing another one in September to talk about that menu as well. I am aiming for the third Thursdays of each month but will officially announce the day/date when the September menu comes out on September 1st. Until next month!
Just my two cents, but I work on a very slow connection and live video feed wouldn’t come through like a chat-type program.
I like your two cents so that is good to know – although there is a chat room element to the suggested platform as well.
