A Giveaway You Can Sink Your Teeth Into!

Several years ago my husband started doing some work with Griggstown Quail Farm in New Jersey. As a wife I don’t normally benefit from my husband’s relationships with clients, but this case is an exception. As a thank you to my husband, Griggstown periodically sends food items prepared at the farm to our home! They are DELICIOUS!

It started with a turkey pot pie and an apple crumble pie. Folks, these things are amazing! We finished off the first one and my husband was asking me to go order more. The folks at Griggstown really do know how to make an amazing pot pie!

The last two years around Thanksgiving they have sent us a Free Range Turkey! This thing is amazingly good and so very juicy. We are only two people so I usually roast up the turkey, we have a few meals out of it, and then I use the rest of the turkey for my once a month cooking day. Some of you may have noticed when I went through my pantry I already had my 20 lb turkey on hand – that is thanks to Griggstown!

In the following recipes I will be using cooked Griggstown Turkey instead of chicken:

Well, it isn’t exactly turkey raising season but if you are interested in trying out some Griggstown for yourself, the great folks over there have donated us a prize package to give away! (WARNING: these foods are highly addictive)! Here is some great stuff you can win (you might be able to incorporate some of this into your cooking BIG DAY).
