Asian Flair Pork Ribs
When writing for a food blog, you quickly start to hate recipes that taste AMAZING but look not so amazing. These Asian Flair Ribs happen to be one of those not so pretty meals but the flavor is fantastic. I think they would be prettier using bone-in ribs but with my young kids boneless ribs are so much easier. Either way, the crockpot makes the meat fall apart tender with no fuss. And don’t let the jalapenos scare you – as long as you don’t cut them, they provide flavor but not heat.

1 tsp ginger powder? 1 tsp grated / minced ginger like the jar stuff? Cannot produce tsp of solid ginger so wanted to clarify. Thanks!
Hi Debbie, powdered ginger. I’ll update the ingredient list to make it a littler clearer.
