		<description>I freeze these fruit all the time. Super baby foods says it is ok.  I follow their book as far as the food list in the back. It has been soo helpful for me!</description>

		<description>I am not sure where I read it...but I think it is because of the browning issue and possibly the consistency changes a bit. Everything I read is that freezing doesn&#039;t change the nutritional aspect.  Bananas are another one that &quot;isn&#039;t one to freeze&quot;, but I do and it comes out fine.  Babies don&#039;t know that it has browned and the flavor is the same.</description>
