Baby Food: Beef and Broccoli with Quinoa
Making nutritious and delicious baby food for your 9-12 month old is easier than you might think. This recipe, which combines the robust broccoli flavor, along with beef, quinoa and a hint of basil is a cinch. Simply place the beef, broccoli, basil, and applesauce in a baking dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes. The aroma will make your mouth water, and adding the quinoa during the pureeing process gives this puree more texture for your advanced eater.

- 0.25 cups applesauce
