Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burgers
This hamburger recipe came directly from a Friday FORGE lunch. My husband’s business really knows how to live it up on Friday afternoons. And they do it BIG with bold flavors. These burgers have a bit of a kick to them so if you have young ones you may want to omit the buffalo sauce on some.
And the bleu cheese taste is so subtle that even if you aren’t a fan of bleu cheese, you will like these. My husband doesn’t like it but loves these burgers. If you love bleu cheese, finish them off by melting some bleu cheese crumbles on top just before removing them from the grill. And if you still aren’t convinced on the bleu cheese you can always substitute Mozzarella instead.
