		<description>I didn&#039;t make this in the OAM rotation but used the recipe as a basis for cooking the other night. I didn&#039;t have enchilada sauce so I used diced tomatoes with green chiles. Then after I&#039;d filled the tortillas I still had some of the &#039;goo&#039; at the bottom. I added sour cream to that, heated it again and poured that over the tortillas in the pan before adding more cheese and putting it in the over. Absolutely wonderful!! Little soggy on the bottom with all the liquid I had in there but the taste was incredible. Thanks for giving me a good starting off point and a good post for tomorrow&#039;s on my blog @ whatacoolidea.blogspot.com</description>
