I DO need an editor! Thanks, I will get to changing that! The butter stays the same as there isn't a good way to cut that and it is good to have around for the next time you make burgers! As it stands we would have one ounce of hamburger with 1TBSP of compound butter divided into 4-1 gallon freezer bags. Yes, yes a little logic goes a long way.
