Chicken Broccoli Rollups

My broccoli-hesitant kids seem to think these rollups are okay as long as I chop the veggies really small (a food processor works well). Sometimes, I think it’s all in the presentation. (Pssst. . . mommy kind of likes these at lunchtime too!!)

Oooo, these are almost just like the Broccoli Chicken Bake casserole, but in a much simpler form! Add a little curry and you’re good :) Thanks for this!!!
I have zero dill…any recommended replacements…? trying these tonight with homemade sweetroll/crescent recipe!
You can just leave it out….they taste good that way too!!
Can cream cheese be substituted for the mayo?
yes.

I really want to try these!I’m alittle unsure of the measurements though.I never saw them written like that before…
.5 cups = 1/2 cup
.25 = 1/4 cup
and so on. :)
How long will these keep in the freezer? Thanks!
They never last more than a couple of weeks at my house, but if wrapped and stored properly, 3-6 months is a general guideline. See this post for more info: http://onceamonthmom.com/get-started-how-long-do-meals-last/
Great, thanks! Would you just microwave these when you want to eat them after freezing? I was wondering because of the cresent rolls (don’t want them to get soggy). Thanks! They’re DELICIOUS, I just made them!
Nevermind, I see it says to microwave them – my brain isn’t working. GREAT recipe, will make again and again! Thank you!
Any other mayo substitute suggestions?
Yogurt?
Oh, are the veggies precooked?
No, you don’t need to precook the veggies.
I used the food processor to chop finely and substituted organic greek yogurt for the mayo. Great!
