One thing that works for me is using steel cut oats that I've rinsed THOROUGHLY before cooking. That means immersing in water, swishing, then dumping out the water 10-15 times until the water runs clear. I think it washes away any gluten dust. It's been a life saver for me.

Turkey tenderloins are usually in the Jennie-O section of the meats, but are pretty rare and can be found in more big box stores. You can always ask the butcher or manager if it's something they can get in for you. However for this recipe I would sub pork tenderloin. That is more readily available.

Technically, it is possible. Feasible is another story. Our writers already spend a tremendous amount of time preparing documents each month to be usable and functioning. Most of them have great menu writing skills but that would take a large knowledge of spreadsheets and editing on our part which we don't have. It would also take an enormous amount of time. Given that the site is free, we are cautious about added time to our menus. We would love to be able to do something similar and may be able to in the future (at a cost) but we aren't to that point yet.

You can also use ice cube trays instead of muffin tins. Just test your trays to see how much each cube holds. Mine is 1/8 c. per cube so I'd need 2 cubes per baggie.

Hi, I am planning to make the cranberry-balsamic turkey tenderloin but I have been to two stores and have been unable to find turkey tenderloin (nor does anyone seem to know what I am talking about). Any suggestions for a different cut of turkey or a different meat I could substitute? Thanks!

I have a suggestion/question... could the grocery list and recipe cards be combined into 1 spreadsheet? That way if I wasn't going to make something that included part of the amount of chicken, I could just zero out those amounts and the chicken amount on my grocery list would automatically adjust? I'm not even sure if that's a possibility, but just something I was thinking of today.

It ends up being about 3-4 yogurt cubes depending on how precisely you measure them out.

You are more likely to have that problem if you used something other than Yukon Golds. And it can do that occasionally. If you have a hand blender it can work to blend it a bit.

Justine's brand makes a lovely Chocolate Almond butter. We can't do protein bars or very many additives so I buy the little packets as "energy bars". I've not tried the Hazelnut but I'm sure it's yummy. Not as creamy as Nutella but I don't think you would ever notice here.

http://www.justinsnutbutter.com/products.php: Ingredients: Dry Roasted Hazelnuts, Dry Roasted Almonds, Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Natural Vanilla, Sea Salt.

Nutella isn't as bad as many products(though it is VERY high in sugar): INGREDIENTS: SUGAR, PALM OIL, HAZELNUTS, COCOA, SKIM MILK, REDUCED MINERALS WHEY (MILK), LECITHIN AS EMULSIFIER (SOY), VANILLIN: AN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR.

For us, the Whey would probably be a problem (glutamates, http://stroyan.net/lisasblog/) but we're quite sensitive.

Finished cooking everything and went ahead in cooking the loaded potato soup in the crock pot. It tastes good, but the soup has separated, or maybe the word is curled. Has anyone had this problem before? What can i do differently?
