This recipe seems almost too simple to even write. Really, any one of you could have come up with this. But it is a family favorite in our home so I am sharing. I know many of you like quick and simple. This is both.

So easy… a caveman could do it…lol! Sounds wonderful, gonna try this when I don’t feel like cooking!
\n\nAloha!
This is one of my favorite summer recipes because I can pick fresh green beans and potatoes to use, it’s simple, and I don’t have to turn the oven on!! The ingredients are also relatively inexpensive too!!
I grew up on this dish, although Mom cooked it on top of the stove in a Dutch oven. It’s wonderful!
