Dairy Free Purple Cow Fruit Smoothies
Are there days when you don’t have time to eat breakfast but still need something to fill you up? Smoothies are the answer to this problem. Soy yogurt is used in this recipe so everyone can enjoy! Prepackaged individually so you can grab one bag instead of multiple and quick start your day!
Dairy Free Fruit Smoothies

- 32 ounces soy yogurt (flavor of your choice)
- 14 ounces frozen strawberries
- 10 ounces frozen blueberries
- 3 large bananas, chopped
- 16 ounces frozen peaches
Place 3 tablespoons of yogurt, approximately 1.5 cups of fruit (varies on taste preference) and a little juice or dairy free milk in blender. Blend to desired consistency. Add protein powder or other nutritional supplements to make this an even heartier breakfast!
Fill muffin pan with 3 tablespoons of yogurt. You can also use an ice cube tray and put 1 tablespoon in each. Freeze. Once frozen, use spoon to free from pan. Place 1 cubes of yogurt (or 3 small ones to equal 3 tablespoons) and about 1.5 cups of fruit in individual freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible. Label and seal. To serve: Place contents of bag in blender and add a little juice or dairy free milk. Blend to desired consistency.
