Fyi- from experience w an allergic child I have learned that most soy yogurt has live cultures made from casin, milk. So if there is an allergy involved be very cautious. I have found only 1 soy yogurt that is truly dairy free. And one coconut.
Thanks Brianne. Yes, it is always good to check labels and do your own investigating. As a parent you know what is best for your child.
Which soy yogurt is truly dairy free that you found? Thanks.
I use Whole Soy & Company. Though I do have to get it at the natural grocery near me as the traditional grocery store doesn’t carry it.
