Father’s Day Gift Idea: The Dad’s Playbook
Well, it is just one short week away. Father’s Day. Do you know what you are getting the dad in your life? Do you go with the standard gifts or a gift card? Do you try to find something that you just know they will love and won’t buy for themselves? Do you let the kids pick?
As the wife to a wonderful dad, I am always looking for great, and meaningful gifts, for my husband. This Father’s Day we sent him away to his favorite conference so that he can brush up on his skills. We will likely spend some time making some special crafts for him as well. And, we will be presenting him with this ebook that he can conveniently read on his iPad!
The author of the ebook, Ryan Anderson, is the husband of a dear friend. A man I have had the pleasure of meeting in real life and a man that just doesn’t write about being a good father, he lives it. Therefore, the book is legit to me.
Ryan has a passion for marriages and family and he has used that passion to fuel his first ebook, The Dad’s Playbook. This ebook is a great gift for the dad in your life that wants to be a better dad. (And let’s be honest, even the best of them get discouraged sometimes). What I like about the ebook is that it is encouraging and not a bit condescending. It is also an easy read for the dad who loves sports.
So if you are looking for something meaningful to get the dad in your life, perhaps you should consider The Dad’s Playbook too! It would be great paired with some great sports accessories, tickets to his favorite sports team or with a gift certificate to his favorite restaurant for taking the kiddos out one-on-one.
