Garlic Pork Roast
I have been working on trying to use items in our freezer and our cupboards as part of the Eat from the Pantry Challenge. One of my favorite seasonings packets is the Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Seasoning. I also have several pork loins that need to be used up so I threw this dish together. I think that you will like it. It is simple but very juicy.

- 1.5 pounds pork loin
- 1 package Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Seasoning
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup water
Place pork loin in slow cooker. Empty contents of seasoning pack on top of pork loin and then pour over wine and water. (If you had more time you could put all ingredients in a zippered bag and allow to marinate for a few hours.) Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
Place all contents in freezer bag. Freeze. To serve: Thaw in refrigerator over night. Place in slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
