Garlic Pork Roast
I have been working on trying to use items in our freezer and our cupboards as part of the Eat from the Pantry Challenge. One of my favorite seasonings packets is the Lipton Savory Herb & Garlic Seasoning. I also have several pork loins that need to be used up so I threw this dish together. I think that you will like it. It is simple but very juicy.

Sounds good, but do you know what I could substitute for the white wine? We don’t buy alcohol, so I’m always on the lookout for substitutions. Thanks!!
Apple juice, chicken broth or just the water would work fine too.
I use a little vinegar (balsamic or wine vinegar) with the broth too . . I think this gets it closer to the wine flavor (and is what I use when I am out or lazy!)
This I looove the sound of, said the garlic loving woman. Thanks for the tip.
That looks good. I think I have used that same seasoning packet before, and loved it. I think I used it on chicken. Using it on pork sounds great. Thanks for linking your post to TMTT.
