Gluten Free Dairy Free Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps

Lunch is a meal I struggle with every day. Do you? I want something easy and fast that tastes good for every one in my house. I must admit that often my hubby is on his own for lunch, but these wraps will have him begging me to make more! The spicy buffalo chicken drizzled with homemade ranch dressing is the perfect combination.
You can always get fancy and add as many toppings as you’d like (lettuce, tomatoes or onions are great), but I think it is delicious on it’s own.
Gluten Free Dairy Free Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8.75 ounces buffalo sauce (double check to make sure it is GFDF)
- 1 Tablespoon dairy free butter
- .66 cups dairy free ranch
- 2 corn or gluten free tortillas
Directions:
In a saucepan combine chicken, buffalo sauce, and butter. Heat through. Remove from heat and spoon filling into tortilla. Serve drizzled with ranch dressing.
Freezing Directions:
Wrap each filled tortilla individually in foil. Store in freezer bag. To serve: Thaw. Remove from bag and foil, cover with a damp paper towel and heat in microwave.
