Gluten Free Dairy Free Chicken and Rice Soup
There is just something about sitting down with a nice bowl of soup on a cold winter day. I’ll let you in on a secret: it’s even better when shared with a friend. Recently a dear friend came over for lunch and we let this cook on the stove while our kids played. It was a filling and flavorful soup. Enjoy it with a nice piece of gluten free toast spread with your favorite dairy free butter. This is a new favorite of mine!
