Gluten Free Dairy Free Drunken Pork Chops
The name naturally had me curious – Drunken Pork Chops? The original recipe calls for a bottle of dark beer, but we don’t drink beer. So after some research, I decided to adapt the recipe and use a bottle of coke. I was pleased with the result! It is your choice what you want to use in your recipe.
