Gluten Free Dairy Free Lemon Chicken

Lemon chicken is a staple in most households because of it’s delicious taste and ease of preparation. This recipe is no exception. It can be frozen before cooking and placed in a slow cooker on serving day. This recipe is naturally gluten free. Dairy free butter is the only substitution.
Gluten Free Dairy Free Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 Tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning (GFDF)
- 2 Tablespoons dairy free butter, melted
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
Rinse chicken breasts and season with lemon pepper seasoning. Place in slow cooker and pour melted butter on top. Arrange sliced lemons around chicken. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Freezing Directions:
Place all ingredients in gallon size freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible, label, and seal. To serve: Thaw. Place contents of bag in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
