Green Supreme Smoothie

Although I will be including this recipe on the next toddler menu, it really would be appropriate for any child who is picky about what they eat.  I don’t know what happened to my son, but he used to be a great eater.  He would anything and everything and not put up a fuss.  As a baby he would eat nearly any puree that I made for him.  However when he turned about 2 and a half, my good eater turned into an incredibly picky eater!  It was frustrating to watch him turn down a meal that he used to gobble right up.  Given his current food likes and dislikes I was quite surprised when he drank this smoothie right up!  Little did he know that it is packed with spinach, oranges, apples, papaya, and bananas.  Maybe your picky eater will like this one too.

  1. This is a GREAT idea! My 2yo will drink anything in smoothie form! I usually make smoothies using the fruit + veggie pouches you can buy from some of the organic brands, but this would be a great cost cutter!

Thanks for this. My daughter also used to be a wonderful eater. In the last few months I can hardly get anything down her. She seems to really enjoy smoothies. I love that this is full off veggies.
