Grilled Ham and Swiss on a Diet
Did you know that you don’t have to slather butter on your bread to get a nice grilled sandwich?
If you use non-stick cooking spray in your pan, you can put one side of a sandwich directly on the pan and it will brown nicely. Remove the sandwich, spray the pan again, and brown the other side. It’s soooo easy!
Since Easter is around the corner, ham will be plentiful and inexpensive. So, I thought it would be nice to try a super easy freezable recipe that will be great for using leftover ham. It’s simply ham and swiss cheese but includes a tasty low-fat sandwich spread.
Let me know what you think!

- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
