Grilled Summer Steak Kabobs
I don’t know any food that’s as much fun to eat – for kids or kids at heart – than grilled Kabobs. They’re healthy because the skewers can be loaded up with veggies. Not to mention versatile because just about any kind of meat will work well on a kabob.
Plus, it feels like your eating a lot of food, but kabobs actually help you eat less meat and more veggies. That means less calories!
Grilled kabobs are a super fun food for the kiddos as well. An excuse to eat with your hands? Well, that’s a winner for any age group!

Is it safe to freeze and re-heat mushrooms??
Yes, it is safe to freeze and reheat them. They sometimes are not as as crisp, but still tasty.
