Does this grocery list include the menu items that are not prepped on the big day?
Yes Julie it includes all items even those that are not cooked on your big cooking day. Those items will just be thrown in a freezer bag and require no extra work!
the chicken breasts are listed in ounces….how many chicken breasts would you say are in an ounce? I need 90 ounces to cook this for 3 people.
If you are buying fresh chicken breasts they are about 8 ounces for a half breast (.5 lbs). Usually. That would be 11.5 breasts.
