HALO Sleepsack Giveaway
In honor of some new baby food recipes, and because frankly, I haven’t done a baby giveaway in some time, I am giving away a HALO SleepSack this week.
Back when Isaac was a baby I really thought that the gowns were going to be the way to go as far as sleepwear. After all, they had that nice little draw string at the bottom so I could just lift and go, right? The problem I had with the gowns were that they were hard to get over his head and were often difficult to pull his little legs out for the diaper changing. Not what I expected at all.
We ended up being introduced to sleep sacks by a friend who bought us one because they enjoyed them for their son. The great people at HALO have gone one step further if you ask me. One of the things I have noticed is the sizing. Several makers have them in “one size”. How in the world will my newborn fit into that? Well, HALO makes them in sizes as small as newborn. I also love the texture and feel of their sleep sacks. They are just like the plush soft blankets that you get to wrap or swaddle your baby in. Not only that they have “walker” sizes so that babies feet can come out of the bottom when they get older. How cool is that?

kind of tough for me to say which i like better. two really stood out to me and they were the one that is compatible with the car seat/stroller. i would have loved having one of those for the winter months as my son doesn’t like to be covered with a blanket and would not leave one on. but now that he is learning to walk, i would have to go with the early walker one

I love the walker sleep sacks. They are not just for infants anymore. My son kicks off his blankets at night and this is a perfect way to keep him covered and safe!
I like the one for walkers! I have a hard time finding pajamas for my very active, very long, 9-month-old! She kicks off the blankets, but is too long for most of the regular “footie” pajamas!

The early walkers! Foot holes genius!
I am a subscriber to your email feed. I especially like the wearable blanket on the go. When my son was first born, we lived in Indiana, and winters were brutal–something like the wearable blanket was PERFECT for the carseat.

I LOVE these. I found them when my daughter was a baby, she wore them for a year, now I tell everyone to use them. Out of the new line, I like the swaddlers for newborns & the walkers for later. I would have used both … and plan on using them next time (hopefully sooner, rather than later).

I think that the new halo sleep sack on the go is awesome. It is a bummer to wake the babies up to put on their sleep blankets, but my kids sleep in theirs until they are at least a year old!
