These are the step-by-step instructions you will need to quickly and efficiently approach your once a month (OAMC) BIG DAY by yourself! What to Do
Night Before Ingredients that need CHOPPED (**indicates usually okay for food processor)

  • See Prep/Chopping Tab on the Menu Recipe Cards
Night Before Start slow cooker(s) of ground beef for Noodle Heaven. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
Start slow cooker (s) of chicken breasts for Chicken Supreme and Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas.  Cook on HIGH for 6 hours. (If doing this all in one day, simply skip putting items in the slow cooker and instead brown the beef and boil the chicken).
1 Turn off Noodle Heaven (slow cooker), remove lid and allow to cool.
Turn off Chicken Supreme and Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas (slow cooker), remove lid and allow to cool.
2 Mix & Freeze:

  • Crockpot Bleu Cheese & Dried Cherry Meatloaf
  • Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
  • Chicken Supreme
3 Prepare pasta for Creamy Sausage And Tomato Pasta and Noodle Heaven al dente, according to package directions.
4 Brown Sausages for Creamy Sausage and Tomato Pasta.
5 Mix & Freeze:

  • Noodle Heaven
  • Creamy Sausage and Tomato Pasta
6 Kitchen Cleanup!
7 Congratulations you are DONE!!!!!
