I can’t wait to start this! I stumbled across this site looking for a recipe to prepare so I can take a meal to a family tonight. In turn it’s motivated me to make up a few meals this weekend as my husband is gone (army) and my oldest will be going into the hospital on Monday. I also have two younger kids~ having meals ready to throw in the oven will be such a blessing! Thanks for taking all the guess work out of this, it will surely help

I did my very first OAMC cooking day yesterday and it went really well. I did it alone and didn’t split the recipes so I have about 42 meals!!! I didn’t do the pork b/c I couldn’t find a good price this week. I am so happy with the results. I’m blogging about it today and tomorrow, Hope you get a bunch of traffic, I know that many of my friends were interested to learn more!

You have 2 steps where the onions need to be sauteed. Was there another step supposed to go there or am I reading it wrong? Can’t wait to start cooking. Thanks for all you do.

I just got home from Sam’s where I bought some of this month’s food to cook. I found 30 aluminum pans for $6. They’re the full size ones, but that’s a great deal!
