These are the step-by-step instructions you will need to quickly and efficiently approach your once a month (OAMC) BIG DAY by yourself! The ingredient quantities can now be found on the GLUTEN FREE DAIRY FREE February 2012 Recipe Cards.

Step What to Do

Ingredients that need CHOPPED (**indicates usually okay for food processor)

  • See Prep/Chopping Tab on the Menu Recipe Cards
2 Start slow cooker(s) of soup for Beef and Bean Stew.
3 Prepare and place muffins in oven for Berry Lemon Muffins. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
4 While baking Berry Lemon Muffins, prepare Baked Oatmeal Bars for oven.
6 When Berry Lemon Muffins are done baking, set aside to cool. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
Bake Baked Oatmeal Bars for 30-35 min.
7 While Baked Oatmeal Bars are baking, prepare Ham & Broccoli Pupusas and cook in skillet.
When Baked Oatmeal Bars are done baking, set aside to cool. Prepare Quinoa with Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms.
8 While mushrooms for Quinoa Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms are roasting, prepare Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Pancakes.
9 Prepare, shape and bake Gluten and Dairy Free Meatballs after mushrooms are roasted.
10 Prepare and freeze Tilapia/Spinach & Mushrooms.
11 Turn off Beef and Bean Stew (slow cooker), remove lid and allow to cool.
12 Mix & Assemble:

  • Hawaiian Pork Chops
  • Taco Casserole
  • Sweet Potato Chicken Casserole
13 Prepare and freeze Teriyaki Chicken.
14 Mix & Assemble:

  • Honey Garlic Chicken
  • Calico Beans
16 Package:

  • Beef and Bean Stew
  • Gluten and Dairy Free Meatballs
17 Kitchen Cleanup!
18 Congratulations you are DONE!!!!!
