These are the step-by-step instructions you will need to quickly and efficiently approach your once a month (OAMC) BIG DAY by yourself! Ingredients that need CHOPPED (**indicates usually okay for food processor)

| 2 | Start slow cooker(s) of pork shoulder roast for Slow Cooker Carnitas. Cook on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 hours if you did not cook the night before.Start a stock pot(s) of Turkey and Summer Veggie Chili. Allow to simmer until cook then cool. |
| 3 | Prepare and place baking pans in oven for Granola Bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
| 4 | While baking Granola Bars, prepare Apple Sausage Quiche for oven. |
| When Granola Bars are done baking, set aside to cool. Turn up oven to 400 degrees F. | |
| 5 | Bake Apple Sausage Quiche for 25 min. |
| 6 | While Apple Sausage Quiche is baking, prepare Peach Muffins for oven. |
| When Apple Sausage Quiche are done baking, set aside to cool. Reduce oven temp to 350 degrees. Bake Peach Muffins for 20 – 23 min. | |
| 7 | While Peach Muffins is baking, prepare Pizza Muffins. |
| 8 | When Peach Muffins are done, bake the Pizza Muffins. Prepare the Salmon & Sweet Potato Cakes and cook them in a skillet. |
| 9 | While the Salmon & Sweet Potato Cakes are cooking, prepare the Taco Fritters batter. Start cooking the Taco Fritters in another skillet. |
| 10 | Turn off Slow Cooker Carnitas (slow cooker), remove lid and allow to cool. If cooked the night before, package the carnitas now, or wait until cooled. |
| 11 | Mix & Assemble:

| 12 | Prepare and freeze Honey Chicken Kabobs. |
