These are the step-by-step instructions you will need to quickly and efficiently approach your once a month (OAMC) BIG DAY by yourself! The ingredient quantities can now be found on the TODDLER FOOD 12-18 Month January 2012 Recipe Cards.

Instructions
Meat used:
- Cooked chicken – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (White Chicken Chili)
- Cooked ham – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (Sweet Potato and Ham Burgers)
- Fresh tilapia fillets (Fish Stix)
- Ground beef – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (Pizza Snack Cups)
Thaw (in refrigerator)
- Cooked chicken – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (White Chicken Chili)
- Cooked ham – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (Sweet Potato and Ham Burgers)
- Ground beef – it can be frozen beforehand if handled properly (Pizza Snack Cups)
Night Before:
- Optional (but HIGHLY recommended) – chop up all vegetables. (See Chopping Amounts sheet on Recipe Cards)

Ingredients that need CHOPPED (**indicates usually okay for food processor)

| 1 | Start slow cooker with White Chicken Chili. Cook on low for 6-8 hours |
| 2 | Preheat oven to 375. Prepare and bake Pizza Snack Cups. |
| 3 | While baking, prepare Cheese Twists. |
| 4 | After Pizza Snack Cups have baked, set aside to cool. Turn the oven up to 400 degrees |
| 5 | While baking Cheese Twists, prepare Peach Raspberry Muffins. |
| 6 | After Cheese Twists have baked, set aside to cool. Bake Peach Raspberry Muffins. |
| 7 | After Peach Raspberry Muffins have baked, set aside to cool. Turn the oven up to 425 degrees. |
| 8 | Prepare and bake Mini Cheese Scones. |
| 9 | While Mini Cheese Scones are baking, prepare Multigrain Pancake Mix for Blueberry Granola Pancakes. |
| 10 | After Mini Cheese Scones have baked, set aside to cool. Turn off oven. |
| 11 | Prepare and freeze Blueberry Granola Pancakes. |
| 12 | Prepare and freeze French Toast Squares. |
| 13 | Prepare Whole Wheat Pizza Dough. Place in bowl and cover to let rise. |
| 14 | While Whole Wheat Pizza Dough is rising, package and freeze:

| 15 | Prepare and freeze Cheesy Potato Soup. |
| 16 | Prepare and freeze Sweet Potato and Ham Burgers. |
| 17 | Prepare and freeze Cheesy Tuna Mac. |
| 18 | After Whole Wheat Pizza Dough has doubled in size, package and freeze. |
| 19 | Prepare and freeze Fish Stix. |
| 20 | Prepare and freeze Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups. |
| 21 | Package and freeze White Chicken Chili. |
| 22 | Kitchen Cleanup! |
| 23 | Congratulations you are DONE!!!!! |
