I’m so confused. Is this supposed to last for an entire month?

    • Pam says:

Each menu will yield you approximately 6-10 breakfasts, 8 lunches and 16 dinners. Throughout the month you will be eating each entree 2 times. It’s not enough to feed you for EVERY meal during the month, but it should be enough to get you most of the way. We figure you will eat out, eat with friends, or cook a fresh meal on occasion. If you are willing to eat the same meals up to 4 times each month (lunches and dinners) you can double the number of people that you are cooking for and you will get the quantities needed for each. You would do this on the yellow box on the recipe cards.
      Hope that helps!!

About how many hours does this menu take to complete from start to finish? And do you assume two people are working together?

    • Tricia says:

It takes on average 6-8 hours but will depend on your kitchen organization and skill level. We actually no longer assume 2 people working together but it is highly recommended.

So I’m a little confused. When you say “assemble and freeze” .. does that mean that all of these recipes you would make and freeze while they are RAW, not cooked? I’m particularly curious about the Ranch Parmesan chicken and the Mexican Shepard’s pie. Do you cook those, and then let cool and then freeze (and when you want to eat you follow the instructions from the labels)? Or do you assemble and NOT cook and freeze it all raw??
