Introducing Erinne!

Erinne with her son, Shephard Shep

Erinne with her son, Shephard "Shep"

I am excited to introduce you to Erinne! I “met” Erinne through friends at church probably 6 months ago, around the start of the site. I was introduced to her son’s blog and was immediately captivated. I was always impressed with her writing style, photography and her ability to take on the “voice” of her infant son. If you want some really good laughs, go way back to his early days (not that current day isn’t funny).

Eventually we became friends through Facebook and chatted every once in awhile. Can you believe that I just met her in person for the first time a little over a week ago? I mean we go to the same church, we socialize with several of the same people, we live only 10 minutes apart and yet we had never met.

The reason I am introducing her to you is because she is going to be putting together some baby food recipes for us. She has a 9 month old son and has started making her own baby food and even coming up with some of her own recipes. I was so excited to hear about this.

I really think that you are going to not only love her recipes but love her “voice” as she shares with you her experiences in the kitchen and at the highchair. Make sure to give Erinne some OAMM love folks (and join her photography Facebook page while you are at it). And be sure to visit her first posted recipe, Carrot Chicken Hash.
