Italian Beef Sammies
We spent New Years with dear friends who live out of state and he made up these delicious Italian Beef Sammies. Once he told me the recipe, I laughed and thought I may have been celebrating too much! But it really is THIS easy!! And it may sound like too much or too spicy, but I promise you they are worth every little bite. If you need a great hearty meal for a campsite dinner or a guys night!

Yay! I’ve been looking for recipes to use with the 1/4 of a cow we just purchased. I definitely need to try this one!
I would love for you to link this and more up to my linky party that runs Friday evening through Sunday night. You can find the button for the party at http://www.bacontimewiththehungryhypo.blogspot.com/
Our last party, the first ever, had over 300 links so this week there will be a special give away just for linkers, hope to see you soon.
Come strut your stuff!
are you buying pepperocinii peppers without stems or do you cute the stems off befor you put them in the crock pot?
I buy the sliced pepperoncinis.
You always have such great ideas, Tricia! I’d love if you’d consider sharing this in the online Get Grillin’ & summer bbq event I’m hosting right now (it’s entree week). http://bit.ly/jjM7Qg
Thank you! This actually my recipe, and I’ll be happy to post it to your event! I’ll post a few others from my weeks prior that deal more with grilling.
I have this in my crockpot now. Smells sooo good! I did use some variations though. I didn’t have quite 3 lb. of meat nor did I have 32 oz. of peppers. (Hubby did shopping, but not complaining!!) I added a pack of Italian salad dressing mix and instead of water, used beef broth. Hope it goes over with the hubby and boys!
This is excellent, I got nervous and didn’t add all the peppers, next time I will use all!
