July menu for allergies

Some of you will remember that a reader, Tara, provided us with an altered June menu that she had adapted to meet her son’s allergies (milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, and shellfish). She has again altered the menu and we are providing it for you here. After she provided the menu, I created a grocery list and instructions for you as well. I hope that those of you with these allergies are enjoying these menu options.

I will warn you that Tara returns to work as a teacher next month so these might not come so regularly. But please enjoy while you can!

Thank you Tara!

(Questions about this menu should be directed at Tara as I am not familiar with dealing with these types of allergies. She can be reached at taraspitzer at gmail.com).

Way cool that Tara has taken the time to alter the menu! My daughter has celiac disease in addition to being allergic to a lot of the same things as her son. It has made me think that maybe I could do this in some shape or form too.
