Labels: DIET November 2011 Menu

Labels

Designed to be printed on Avery 8163 or equivalent! Readers who didn’t have labels available suggested just printing them on paper and taping them.

Sample Label

These labels are PERFECT for counting calories, nutritional intake or Weight Watchers Points! Just place the label on your items BEFORE you freeze them. Then on your serving day, reheat according to the directions and easily keep track of your nutritional intake.

The labels are created for 1 serving. There are enough labels to label each of the servings that you are creating. If you are cooking for MORE THAN 1 Serving you will need to copy off labels for the number of servings you are creating, that is if you are portioning them individually. If you need extra labels fro some reason print out a set of the blanks to use. Make sense? I hope so! Enjoy

If you are having trouble with the above labels aligning when printing or would like to edit them, you may wish to try this work around suggested by a reader:

Install Cute PDF Writer which is a FREE PDF to Microsoft Word converter. You need to download the software to computer and then install the Free Converter. (I have tried it and know it to be a safe download.) When you then open the Labels PDF from above, click print and choose cute pdf instead of your regular printer, this will then convert and allow you to save as a word document. Hope this helps!

It appears that Cute PDF Writer converts Word files to PDF, not the other way around (unless I’m missing something). If this is not the case, would someone walk me through it? Thanks!

I haven’t personally done it this way but a reader informed us that she does it this way with this program and a writer tested out this method as well. I am inclined to say that you might want to look through the menu choices a little more but I will also take another look when I get a chance.

    Hi
I made the skinny spinach stuffed pork loins but didn’t see labels with reheating instructions.
