Designed to be printed on Avery 8163 or equivalent! Readers who didn’t have labels available suggested just printing them on paper and taping them.

Wow…I just got done with my very first OAMC day and it was incredible! I feel like I have accomplished so much today. Thank you for having such a wonderful website. I know that I will be doing this again and again. You have just help to take some of the load off of me during the busy weeks ahead. I am a full time working mom of three children that are extremely active. I also have a husband that puts in 12 hour days as an electrician. To have meals out of the way is awesome! Again…Thank You so much!
