The biggest challenge is catching that small window for feeding lunch. To stop the working at just the right moment, when he is willing to admit he could eat instead of skipping the noontime meal. And I’d better have something ready already because he’ll want to make it quick.

And if we skip the noon meal? Then we are all MAD by the time dinner is served.

I have three boys (ages 1-4) and a husband, all of whom are great eaters, but my greatest challenge is getting enough variety to please me. They’re happy eating the same old favorites every week, and I get too bored with that!

Feeding my two young boys and one larger boy has taught me to prepare for seconds. There may be enough for all of us, but some of us want more. I was worried that I would have too many left overs. Not a consern anymore.

My greatest challenge when feeding boys/men is too have alternate meals ready! It seems like they eat dinner, then are hungry again 20 minutes later!!!! I would love to have more healthy options ready to go for them to grab and eat!

My challenge is serving my husband food that is healthy, but doesn’t APPEAR healthy, and is bulky enough that 30 minutes later he isn’t searching for a snack!
