We really liked the Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti. I used Frank's Red Hot, but even my 2-year-old liked it. A couple negatives though. To keep it creamy when reheating, I added water/broth and warmed it on the stovetop -- microwave and crockpot didn't do so well. Also, my husband did not find this to be very filling on its own, so I served it as a side instead of an entree. I only made one of the May Dinner recipes, so I feel it’s not fair for me to vote against the others.
