Menu Plan Monday – April 12th, 2010

I am having fun experimenting with new recipes perfect for grilling out and hot summer mornings. I can’t wait to share them with you over the next few weeks! In the meantime, here is what is on our menu this week!

Menu Plan Monday

Monday – Sicilian Meatloaf (April 2010 Menu), mashed potatoes, green beans

Tuesday – Pork Roast with Apples and Pears (February 2010 menu)

Wednesday – Dinner with House Church Family at Smashburger

Thursday – Chicken, Broccoli, & Pineapple Stir Fry (March 2010 menu), rice

Friday – Chicken Ranch Pizza, salad

Saturday – Lunch -leftovers

Dinner – Black Bean Salsa Chicken (February 2010 menu), guacamole and rice

Sunday – Lunch – leftovers

Dinner – out to dinner
