Menu Plan Monday – August 17

My goodness it is going to be another BUSY week for me. I am hoping to take it one day at a time though. I can’t believe it is time to do another Once A Month Mom cooking session. That also means that I have to eat up the rest of what I cooked last month! Oy! That and the little man’s birthday make for one exciting week. It should be a fun one though.

Menu Plan Monday

Monday – Spicy Honey Chicken (July Menu), corn on the cob, garlic oven fries

Tuesday – Chicken Rice Casserole (July Menu), vegetable, mixed fresh fruit

Wednesday – Interview with Amy Tobin in Cincinnati (more details coming), eating out

Thursday – Isaac’s One Year Birthday – Zoo Field Trip (not sure what we will end up eating all day)

Friday – Mom’s Enchiladas (July Menu), salsa, guacamole, chips

Saturday – Breakfast – Raspberry Coffee Cake (July Menu), fresh fruit

Lunch – Monterrey Jack Quesadillas (July Menu) with Mac & Cheese Casserole Cups (July Menu)

Dinner – Birthday Party – Hot dogs, Hamburgers, birthday cake, puppy chow, and much, much more!

Sunday – No cooking – Once a Month Cooking day for the August Menu
