Well, BlogHer is here! This week is a whirlwind of a week as I prepare to leave the boys at home. I, of course, have some things squirreled away in the refrigerator which at least helps with the food prep.
Menu Plan Monday
Monday – Baked Chicken Burgers, pickled beets, french fries (didn’t get to this last week)
Tuesday – Breakfast for dinner – Chocolate Chip Pancakes, bacon, eggs
Wednesday – House Church – Chicken Ranch Bake (Don’t Panic Cookbook)
Thursday – freezer Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti (May Menu), veggie
Friday – Mexican grilled cheese sandwiches, vegetable soup
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – Boys out to dinner
