Menu Plan Monday – May 24, 2010


I have been cooking up a storm this week. Trying new things. Experimenting. Trying to make the best use of my happy box fresh produce goods. I have also been desperately trying to clear my freezer because we have purchased .25 of a grass-fed cow and I want to make sure we have enough room to store it! I’m so excited!
Menu Plan Monday
Monday – Pork and Beans with Smoked Sausage, salad
Tuesday – leftovers
Wednesday – Jody’s Chicken and Noodles – took it to church gathering
Thursday – leftovers
Friday – Surprise date night including Olive Garden – thanks mom for the night out! (Left mom with the Slow Cooker Apple Pie Pork Chops – recipe coming soon)
Saturday – Lunch – House Church Picnic
Dinner – Leftovers
Sunday – Lunch – Johnny Marzetti with cheese noodles (recipe coming in future), salad
Dinner – Family Birthday Picnic – taking both recipes of baked beans from the Van Camp’s Baked Bean Showdown
