Originally this was going to be an “easy” week for me but it has quickly filled up with things to do during the day. Good things, but things. So I am happy that I have lots of freezer meals so I don’t have to worry about dinner.
Menu Plan Monday
Monday – Chilaquile Casserole (August Menu), salsa, chips
Tuesday – “Dump” Chicken & Grapes (August Menu), vegetable, bread
Wednesday – Dinner with House Church Family – working on making meals for “Gift” week
Thursday – leftovers (hubby has music practice)
Friday – Chili Cheese Potato Casserole (August Menu), vegetable, bread
Saturday – Lunch – Pizza Muffins (August Menu), Carole’s Chili (September Menu)
Dinner – King Ranch Chicken (August Menu), vegetable, bread
Sunday – Lunch -leftovers
Dinner – Lemon Chicken with Veggies (August Menu), bruschetta
