Menu Plan Monday – September 21st


Folks, this is a crazy week for me. I can’t say there is going to be much in the way of cooking around here. More like heating up at best. We just have so many things going on in the evenings. I have vowed to take it easy during the days though so I don’t get too over-exhausted. Here is what I think our plan is for the week.

Menu Plan Monday
Monday – Chicken Parmigiana, garlic bread, vegetable
Tuesday – I’m at Amy Tobin class in Cincinnati – WOOT! I will eat there, hubby will eat leftovers.
Wednesday – Girls night at Disney on Ice in Cincinnati – Hubby on own
Thursday – Lemon Chicken with Veggies (August Menu), bruschetta
Friday – King Ranch Chicken (August Menu), vegetable, bread
Saturday -Lunch – Baked Rigatoni
Dinner – Pork Tenderloin in Slow cooker, mashed potatoes, green beans
Sunday – Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Dinner with FORGE families – taking

Hey Trish! I was wondering if you could tell me when you will be putting up your October OAMC menu etc?
We are planning to do another big cooking day, and I really wanted to take advantage of the customer appreciation discounts (10% off all items on the 1st of every month) for this months big cook.
New menus always come out on the 1st day of the month. So October 1st is the next one. “Typically” they are up by 8 am.
