Menu Plan Monday

So I *think* that this week is going to be “normal”. Then again, what is normal anyway? I’ve kinda lost track. Needless to say I am looking forward to a largely uneventful week. Well, that is other than getting back on the 2.5 year old potty training horse. We tried one day a week ago but it wasn’t good timing. It went well but he was fighting me by the end of the day and he was staying with his grandma the next day. However, this past weekend, while hanging out with an older friend he regularly used the potty without any problems. Then he made the mistake of declaring that he was no longer going to pee in the potty but in his diaper to said friend. And I said, “Game On!” He clearly understands what is happening and has control, now I think the last step he needs is my consistency. Pray for me.
Remember, I am including our toddler meal plans here now too!

You “once-a-month-er’s” amaze me to no end!! Your menu sounds great and I love that you’re adding a gluten free/casein free section to your blog! I am gf and that will be awesome for me!
The baked chicken sandwiches sound great! I think it is awesome that you are adding the new menus. Good luck with it! Even though I am eating dairy again, I am still really looking forward to checking out the dairy free menu :)I’m sure the dairy free people will love having a new resource for planning!
Love the meal plan and the toddler lunches…I’d eat those! ;)
ooohhh soo yummy! thank you for this! You should also consider having a section for children just starting on solid food. When my daughter was young I would prepare all kinds of meals for her so she had home made yummy food to eat at 6 months rather than the canned stuff from the supermarket! :)) Love love your blog!
