Menu Plan Monday: Whole Foods Edition

To say we’ve had a rough few weeks is an understatement in my house! My two year old was sick for a week, I was sick for three days, my husband has been sick, and our dog has some weird thing with his foot that’s happening. The baby is the only one not causing any major hiccups, just the fun ones. I recently did a Once A Month Mom Meal Swap with a group of people I work with, and without these freezer meals we wouldn’t be getting through!

  1. Sounds like a great menu for the week! The italian sausage soup sounds SO good!! :-) I love to make a roast chicken on Sunday’s too!

Elk steak :) Your husband or someone in your family must be a hunter. We have deer venison here in Indiana – no elk.
