Ingredients: 1 large Chicken breast, skinned and fat trimmed, cubed 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 4 celery stalks, quartered 1 lb. carrots 1 cup green beans (I use frozen) Directions: Place onions, celery and chicken in a small stock pot. 1 lb. frozen green beans 1/4 c. of water Steam green beans until soft. Puree in food processor. Then press through food mill. After food mill, add water slowly until desired consistency. Yield: approximately 13 oz (stage 1 Gerber) = 13 food cubes = 25 T
