I got this idea from just browsing the jarred baby food at the store. I scanned a few labels to see what ingredients are in the store bought ham foods. I will be adding rice cereal to the puree when I make individual meals. Ingredients: 12 oz. cubed ham (already cooked) 1 lb. of peaches [...]
I bag of frozen peaches. Bring water to a boil (just enough to cover). Add peaches, return to boil, then reduce to simmer for approx. 15 minutes until soft. Reserve liquid, using a slotted spoon transfer peaches to food processor and puree to desired consistency. If needed, add some of the liquid to peaches.
