A grilled flatbread pizza dough topped with grilled vegetables, such as broccoli, onion and mushrooms. Topping with a variety of vegetables allows you to use very little cheese but still satisfy the pizza craving!

If drawing a spider web on top (and maybe even going that extra mile and putting plastic spiders on each slice of pizza) gets the kids to enjoy eating their breakfast, lunch or dinner on the National Candy Holiday, I’m all for it. Not to mention it’s finally Fall and Apple Season! Sweet delicious apple season. This is a great way to use those apples for something special, with or without the spider webs.
