OAMM’s Mom’s Spaghetti Sauce

This has been a family staple for quite some time. It is a bit of a “sweet” spaghetti sauce. My husband likes it because it contains bacon. In his opinion, anything with bacon is acceptable!

Looks good! How much does this recipe serve? I would add some more veggies (carrots, celery, maybe zucchini) to up the nutrition in this recipe, but I like the idea of a sweet sauce.

I bet my family would like this. I like Natalie’s idea of adding carrots and zucchini.

I think I would use pancetta to keep it authentic. Sounds good.

  6. Loved this! We had it for dinner last night and licked our plates. Delicious! Next time I serve it, I think I’ll add some red beans.
