Once A Month Baby Food Grocery List March Menu

Here is the spreadsheet that lists all items you will need to complete your March OAM Baby Food BIG DAY. Note, this is for 6 to 9 month olds:

March Grocery List

Just in case you need a little reminder of the recipes we will be using click here. Also please keep in mind there are many items that say “optional”. These items are ones that will be making single ingredient meals that you may wish to mix together with another single ingredient. Case in point, I did not give any fruit recipes because I plan on making bananas, blueberries, apples, pears, and peaches and mix and match them each day (for a list of all these recipes, click here). You may only want to make 2, 3 or all.

Just for you information here again is a break down of how I feed my son. This is what seems to work for him being 7 months old (and what worked for my oldest), therefore, my menu is based on this. Please remember your child may or may not work as well on this sample so please discuss any questions, on how much your should be feeding your child, with you pediatrician.

Breakfast: 2-3 cubes of fruits plus cereal

Lunch: 2-3 cubes of veggies plus cereal

Dinner: 2 cubes of protein (from meat recipes), 1 cube of either fruit or veggie depending on what dinner cubes I give.
