>>Editorial Note (1/5/2013) – the recipe cards to this menu were altered to remedy mistakes found after publication. Our menus go through a rigorous editing process, but occasionally we encounter human mistakes. We apologize but recommend that if you copy and print the recipe cards and grocery list to this menu again if you did so before this date.
Fridge Thaw Cheat Sheet
We are also adding a NEW feature to this menu (thanks to the suggestions of a very smart reader) that is sure to make eating your meals throughout the month a cinch. Just save this Paleo January 2013 Fridge Thaw Cheat Sheet, print it out and put it on your fridge. It’s a one page summary of menu items that includes thaw times and cooking times. It even has a place for you to add side suggestions and other notes. (See a sample here!)
